Get ready to deck the halls and embrace the holiday spirit! We are delighted to be back for a secon year at Queen Charlton Village Hall. Our festive wreath-making workshop is the perfect way to kick off December. Here’s what you can expect:

• Creative Crafting:

  • We’ll provide all the wreath-making materials you need—think fragrant pine, berries and twinkling accents. Whether you’re a seasoned wreath enthusiast or a complete beginner, we will guide you through the process.

• Warm drinks and Treats:

  • As you create your wreath, enjoy unlimited tea, coffee, and the comforting aroma of mulled wine. And what’s a festive gathering without mince pies? We’ve got those covered too!

• Magical Atmosphere:

  • Picture it: Soft fairy lights, seasonal tunes, and laughter filling the cozy village hall. It’s the perfect backdrop for creating something beautiful.

• Take Home Your Creation:

  • At the end of the evening, you’ll proudly carry home your handcrafted wreath—a unique addition to adorn your door.

Booking Details:

• Spaces are limited, so get your ticket early!
• Tickets: £60 per person (includes all materials and refreshments).

1. Cancellation by Participants:

• Full Refund (Early Cancellation):
  • Participants who cancel at least 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund (Late Cancellation):
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 72 hours before the workshop will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • This allows us to manage materials and workshop space effectively.
• No Refund (Last-Minute Cancellation):
  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop start time.

2. Cancellation by the Organiser:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future workshop.

3. Transfers and Substitutions:

• Participants may transfer their booking to another person if they are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance with the new participant’s details.

4. No-Shows:

• Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
